The Cadence Allegro / OrCAD FREE Physical Viewer is a free download that allows you to view and plot databases from Allegro PCB Editor. (setup.exe is the new, failing installer.) You should probably remove that Temp diretory after you're done, too. (That's what they say, I didn't get to see it.)Īll you need to do is execute this legacy installer, located at $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/$YOU/Temp/RarSFX0/installsetup.exe. Installation doesn't work out of the box.ģD view seems to make the application freeze (and need a thorough killing of its processes). Installing is trickier than up to 17.2 (see "Workarounds"), but all previous functionalities seem to be present, and those I personnaly use (zooming, (de)hilighting, Find, Visibility, Flip design) are working so far.
